Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your reservation & be refunded in full you must notify us 24hrs before your original appointment. 

No same day cancellations - No exceptions.

We can reschedule your appointment, as long as we are notified before your appointment start time. 

Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 

Introduction

Once you have arrived and checked in for your tour, in just 5 short minutes, our friendly guides will introduce you to the world of alpacas and review some essential safety rules. Shortly before embarking on your enchanting walk.

Alpaca walk

After the introduction, guests begin their 40 minute alpaca walk. This gives guests the unique chance to connect with these gentle creatures and discover their distinct personalities as you explore our farm filled with gorgeous scenery & year round themed decor.

Alpaca Feeding

Once done exploring with your magical alpaca, it’s feeding time. Guests get the delight of feeding alpacas along with meeting some of our other adorable farm animals.

Fun is not over yet

Alpaca walking and feeding may be over, but the fun is not. Guests are welcome to continue exploring our picturesque farm. Don’t forget to visit our wine and beer bar for a drink, or visit our alpaca fiber shop where you not only can see and feel authentic alpaca fiber but also shop for your very own alpaca fiber products.
